I wanted to let you and Bill know how pleased we are with our built-ins and mantle. Although I was initially concerned about working with a company "long distance," we were willing to take the chance as we felt that VMW could bring a level of craftsmanship to the project that we were looking for. As you know, we have enjoyed including unique handcrafted furnishings in our home and were hoping that this piece would work in harmony with those. Mission accomplished!

We are delighted with the end product. It truly gives our house the feel of a custom home.On the couple of issues that needed some "fine-tuning," we were delighted with your prompt response and eagerness to see that everything was to our satisfaction. Honestly, I don't think we could have received better service from a local firm. Again, thanks to you both.
